No. Most clients start with little or no structured gym experience. Every programme begins with a complimentary session so I can build your plan around your current level, any aches or injuries, and your goals.

As a personal trainer who's specialised in injury rehabilitation and corrective exercise, I focus on how your body moves before loading it. I screen posture, mobility and movement quality first, then build strength around fixing the root causes of pain — rather than just making you sweat. I'm not a physio, but I often work alongside one.

Small group training means you train with a small number of others in my Greenwich studio, each following your own personalised programme. You get the expertise and accountability of coaching at a more accessible price than 1-2-1.

Yes. I work with a lot of adults 35+ with nagging injuries, aches and post-injury recovery. Programmes rebuild mobility, improve posture and strengthen the body so you move pain-free again.

No. I'm a Level 3 personal trainer who's specialised in injury rehabilitation and corrective exercise. If you're under the care of a physio, osteopath or chiropractor, I'm happy to work alongside them — and I'll refer you on if something's outside my scope.

No, I don't run fat-loss-only programmes. Fat loss tends to happen naturally as a side effect of getting stronger, moving better and building sustainable habits. If weight loss is your goal, we'll build it into your training and nutrition together.
