Hi, I'm CJ — a Level 3 personal trainer with over 10 years' experience helping busy adults and parents in Greenwich build strength, move better and stay pain-free.
I specialise in injury rehabilitation, movement patterns and corrective exercise. That means I help you fix the root causes of aches and rebuild resilient strength — not just make you sweat. I'm not a physio or qualified therapist, but I'll happily work alongside yours if you have one.
My approach isn't about turning your life upside down or living in the gym. It's about building a smart, sustainable plan that fits your reality — whether that's school runs, back-to-back meetings, or simply being old enough to want training that actually respects your body.
