Optional Google Ads measurement
The Google Ads tag does not load unless you choose “Allow optional analytics”. If you allow it, Google Ads may measure page visits and whether an enquiry or consultation booking succeeds so CJ White PT can understand which advertising works. Form fields, messages, names, email addresses and phone numbers are not sent through these conversion events, and enhanced conversions are disabled. If you decline, the Google Ads tag is not loaded.
What may be stored
Essential browser storage may be used to support the website interface, Reset applications, RowFitness reservations, passes, attendance and cancellation flows. The site stores your optional analytics choice in local browser storage so it can respect that choice on later visits. A short-lived authenticated session may be stored for the owner login and Control Room only. Stripe may set its own cookies when you choose to continue to its hosted checkout; those are controlled by Stripe and support checkout, fraud prevention and security. They are not used by CJ White PT to build marketing profiles. Supabase stores the related operational records and Brevo may process the transactional email required to confirm them.
Replit's Google hosting infrastructure may set a cookie named GAESA for session affinity: it helps route consecutive requests to the appropriate website instance. It contains an opaque routing identifier rather than customer or application data, is not set or read by CJ White PT, and is not used for analytics or advertising. On the current published site it is set for the whole site and expires after 30 days; those hosting-controlled details may change if the hosting platform changes them.
Privacy-first website measurement
The site records limited, first-party page-view and conversion events so CJ White PT can understand whether the website, enquiry and checkout journeys are working. These records may include the public page path, time, referring hostname, UTM campaign labels and a random session identifier held in browser session storage. The identifier is not a persistent cookie, is not designed to recognise you across browser sessions and is not combined with advertising profiles. Page-view records do not contain your name, email address or form message. If you allow optional analytics, Google Ads may also receive the page URL, browser and device information, advertising click identifiers and the two successful conversion events described above.
Future changes
You can reopen the consent panel at any time using “Privacy choices” in the website footer. Choosing “Decline optional analytics” withdraws consent for future Google Ads measurement on that browser. Any future non-essential tool will also require a genuine consent choice and an updated notice.
