A clear explanation of how CJ White PT uses the information you choose to share.

Who we are
CJ White PT is the data controller for the personal information described in this notice. We provide personal training and strength coaching in Greenwich, London.
What we collect
When you contact us, apply for the Reset, or reserve a RowFitness place, pass or class, we may collect your name, email address, optional phone number, service of interest, your message, attribution such as campaign and landing page, and the date and time of a consultation, reservation or attendance record. For public website measurement we may also record the page path, time, referring hostname, UTM campaign labels and a random session identifier that is not designed to recognise you across browser sessions. If you allow optional Google Ads measurement, Google may also receive the page URL, browser and device information, advertising click identifiers and whether an enquiry or consultation booking succeeded. Google Ads conversion events do not include form fields, names, email addresses, phone numbers or messages, and enhanced conversions are disabled. We record cancellations and no-shows where needed to administer a booking. Please do not put medical details in the ordinary enquiry form. The optional Strength for Life Score is explained separately below.
Your Strength for Life Score
You can see your score without sharing your name or email. Your answers and progress stay in this browser tab for up to four hours unless you ask for an email. If you request your result, we store your first name, email, answers, score, recommendations, goal, location response, campaign source and time in Supabase, and use Brevo to send the result. We ask for your explicit consent to store and use these answers because answers about aches and movement may reveal health information. The result is a simple coaching tool, not a medical assessment. We record the consent wording, version and time. You can withdraw this permission or ask for deletion by emailing hello@cjwhitept.co.uk. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully. Saved score results are intended to be removed after 12 months unless you separately agree that they are needed for an ongoing coaching relationship. We record basic scorecard journey events without the answers for first-party website measurement, and do not send your answers or score to advertising platforms. Training tips and updates have their own optional, unticked consent choice; they are not required to receive the result. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to respond to your request and decide whether our coaching is suitable. We use booking details to arrange and manage a consultation. Limited first-party website measurement helps us understand whether public pages, enquiries and checkout journeys are working. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in operating, improving and securing the website and enquiry service. Optional Google Ads measurement is based on your consent, which you can withdraw for future measurement using “Privacy choices” in the website footer. Marketing messages remain separate and are not enabled by an analytics choice.
Services we use
The website is hosted through Replit. Enquiry, Reset, RowFitness reservation, pass, attendance and cancellation records are stored in the existing Supabase project, which also provides owner authentication. Consultation events may be created in Google Calendar so the appointment can be managed and invited. Brevo processes transactional emails, including visitor acknowledgements and owner notifications. Where you choose to buy a paid place, Stripe processes the payment and the Checkout Session, Payment Intent, webhook and order details needed to create, verify and reconcile that transaction. Card and bank details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by CJ White PT. Google processes optional Google Ads measurement only after consent; enhanced conversions and the transfer of contact details through the Ads tag are disabled. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy documentation. We do not claim that information is never processed outside the UK; where relevant, appropriate contractual or other safeguards are used.
How long we keep it
Ordinary enquiries that do not become client relationships are intended to be removed after 12 months. Consultation booking records are intended to be retained for up to 24 months, unless they need to be kept longer for an ongoing client relationship or legal obligations. Payment and financial records may need longer statutory retention. Short-lived pseudonymised security and rate-limit data may be retained for up to 24 hours. First-party website measurement records are kept only for as long as they remain useful for website operations and trend reporting.
Your rights
Subject to the legal conditions that apply, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and you can withdraw consent where consent is the basis. You can contact CJ White PT at hello@cjwhitept.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
